About Us

We are the The Pink Stuff store. We are not the manufacturer, but in fact a reseller for the Pink Stuff and Scrub Daddy brand.

Shipping time
All orders before 3 am we try to ship the same day.
No deliveries are made on weekends and holidays.
The average delivery time is normally up to 2 business days but please note that the shipping time depends on DHL which currently has many delays.

Do I also pay shipping costs?

For Dutch customers, shipping above €80 is free. For orders under €80 shipping costs will be €6,95.

Which different ways can I pay?

You can pay with IDEAL and credit card.

Where do I enter the discount code?

You can redeem your discount code in the first step of your shopping cart in the box "Do you have a discount code?". If your code is accepted, the amount will be deducted from your purchase amount.

You can use one discount and/or promotion code per order during checkout.

The item is out of stock, when can I expect the item again?

We can give you an indication. You may therefore contact customer service so they can advise you further on this.
How can I get in touch with you?

Fill in the contact form via this link. On working days we will answer your question within 24 hours.
Returning

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt. You will then be credited the full order amount (excluding shipping costs).

To exercise your right of return, please contact us via our contact form. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

Return exceptions

Notice:  
 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for products:

    For products where the packaging is damaged.
    Products that have been used or opened.
